Orchestrate Spring Edition: Clearer, Faster, More Aligned

Smooth workflows deserve tools that stay out of the way, and that's precisely what Orchestrate delivers this spring. With redesigned approvals, a clearer calendar, and a more intuitive post-creation flow, Orchestrate removes friction from every stage of content production, resulting in less guesswork, fewer barriers, and a more confident, aligned publishing process across teams and channels.

Approvals Revision

Orchestrate introduces a fully redesigned approval experience that expands the scope of what can be reviewed and approved. The new system brings clarity, flexibility, and broader content coverage, ensuring your teams can collaborate smoothly at scale.

  • Expanded channel and content support enables approvals for emerging networks, such as TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon, as well as non-social content, including blog posts, press releases, internal updates, and events, making approval workflows more universal across communication teams.
  • Instant Edit allows teams to make minor, safe adjustments without restarting the approval flow, reducing repeated work and lost progress.

Together, these improvements replace friction with clarity, strengthen cross‑team alignment, and support scalable governance as organizations grow.

Calendar UI Improvements

Calendar-UI-IMP

This spring's calendar uplift introduces a more intuitive, visually structured planning environment that adapts to individual workflows.
The refreshed interface offers new view options, improved readability, and a cleaner layout that makes it easier to scan, compare, and act on information at a glance.

  • The updated postcard design enhances information density without introducing visual clutter, enabling teams to quickly grasp status, timing, and content details.
  • User Interface enhancements, all based on user feedback, create a noticeably smoother experience.

These changes simplify orientation, reduce cognitive load, and make calendar navigation feel more personal, flexible, and efficient.

Post Creation Upgrade

The post‑creation flow receives a significant usability boost through a more logical and structured layout.
Pre‑fill elements, including Quickfill and Content Templates, now appear at the very top of the form, creating a clear “start here” logic that guides users naturally through the process.

  • The new structure enables templates to prefill content and makes Quickfill easier to use.
  • Below the pre‑fill section, the content area remains clean, calm, and focused, reducing noise and helping creators stay oriented as they work.
The result is a more guided, modern, and frictionless post‑creation experience that accelerates setup and improves workflow consistency.

Composer, powered by Facelift AI

Facelift introduces an upgraded AI‑supported post‑creation experience designed to help teams create content more confidently and efficiently. Now you can directly select the networks you want to create content for. The Composer builds its content suggestions based on your prompt/context and automatically adapts them to the selected networks. Through this, the Composer ensures every piece of content feels on-brand, authentic, and perfectly tailored to each channel. After you click Create, the suggestions are transferred straight into Post Creation.

The Context is built across three layers:
  • System Prompt: Defined centrally in your company settings, it sets the foundational behavior and overarching rules for how the Composer generates content.
  • Guiding Principles: Also defined centrally in your company settings, these ensure all generated content follows your brand voice, tone, and communication standards.
  • Post‑Specific Prompt: Added directly in the interface via the gear icon above the editor, fine‑tunes the output for a specific post by giving the AI additional context or instructions.

The result is an easier, smarter, and more adaptable content creation process, helping teams produce better posts with less effort, all while staying aligned with brand voice and channel best practices.

More Workflow Improvements

To strengthen reliability and reduce frustration in daily operations, Orchestrate introduces a set of targeted improvements designed to enhance everyday workflows.

  • Post creation error handling has been redesigned to offer more precise explanations, more helpful guidance, and more resilient behavior when encountering issues such as network errors, expired tokens, or validation conflicts.
  • Access control improvements ensure that media, templates, and other assets are assigned correctly from the start, preventing visibility mistakes and unnecessary manual corrections. This includes enhancements such as the Media Team Assignment.
  • Network-specific refinements close functional gaps and expand capabilities, including YouTube playlist selection, TikTok custom thumbnails, and Pinterest video pins, ensuring content workflows feel complete and up-to-date.
  • Instagram Grid for better visual overview for feed planning

These improvements collectively reduce friction, making daily publishing feel more reliable and predictable.
