facelift is Getting a facelift! Our Website Relaunch and Rebrand

One of the most exciting things about working in the tech industry – particularly in SaaS – is the constant innovation and need to stay fresh and up-to-date. That’s why we’re so happy to announce the release of our brand-new website and fresh new look and style!

facelift is getting a facelift!

It has taken quite a long time and no shortage of blood, sweat, and tears, but our new look is finally ready to take center stage. Anyone who has ever participated in the reconstruction of a corporate website knows all about what goes on behind the scenes, and they certainly know that it’s a huge team effort that spans dozens of stakeholders, features literally months of discussions and debates, and involves members of basically every department in the company – and to all of those people who poured their hearts and souls into this project, we salute you!

Why change? Why now?

We believe that change is generally a good thing and that as a tech company it is with our customers and their users that we most owe our allegiance. Maintaining trust and interest necessitates updates.

We’ve had a truly transformative year that has seen a huge addition to our leadership team, significant product updates and new features, and most recently a whole new pricing overhaul that we believe will greatly benefit you – our customers.

With this level of change, it makes sense that we change our image as well to provide a fresher look, and one that integrates more fully with our product. We want to provide a more seamless customer and user experience from the moment you first lay eyes on our website to the moment you fire up your custom facelift Dashboard for the very first time.

We’re also hoping to bring Facelift Cloud more in line with facelift the company. Our product should speak for our brand as much as we speak for our product, and by streamlining our site we think we’re one step closer to our goal of simplifying communication between our teams and yours.

So what’s changing?

We’ve had a great run over the past decade with our bright tangerine color scheme. While orange may not be everyone’s cup of tea, we found it to be a striking and iconic color that really screams facelift(!!!).

And that’s why we’re not entirely ready to let it go – but we are going to tone it down a little and play it cool by adding some cooler hues to our palette!

From now on, visitors to the facelift website will be met with a more diverse and colorful visual experience that still maintains our minimalist feel. These new colors, which feature cool shades of purple and blue that we feel complement our orange well, will be featured throughout the facelift website as well as on our creative content such as videos, newsletters, and more.

What’s the most exciting part of this? These colors correspond with facelift solutions! Now, we’re representing our Analytics with blue, marketing with purple, and of course our orange now stands for care!

But beauty is more than just skin-deep and rebranding is about way more than a few color changes. A logo is a window into the soul of an organization, which is why changing them is such a monumental moment. To complement our new colors, we’ve redesigned ours to evoke a more modern and forward-looking company image that speaks for both our product and our business.

And perhaps most importantly, our new website will simply be easier to navigate. In the break-neck era of digital content consumption, the need for websites’ visitors to find exactly what they need as quickly as possible has never been greater. It’s as imperative for business success as it is for user experience and this was our top priority when we decided to renovate the house, so to speak.

“We believe that one of the most important qualities that a SaaS product like facelift Cloud should have is a top-notch user experience.” Says Ulrike Bünnemeyer, facelift’s head of demand generation, continuing:

“But this experience extends well beyond the product itself and must be represented in every aspect of the customer journey. First impressions matter more than ever before and with the release of our new and improved branding, we’re positioning ourselves in such a way as to benefit not just our company, but our customers above all.”

We’re still the same facelift. Mostly.

The common social media tale about your body replacing all of its cells every 7-10 years is, sadly, a myth.

The truth is that the different types of cells in your body die and are reborn at various rates, with some cells only lasting as long as a few weeks or months (like skin or blood cells), and others lasting virtually your whole life (such as parts of your brain).

But, this myth is based on some truths and the reality is actually a perfect metaphor for facelift! A lot is changing, but not everything!

facelift has been around for 11 years now, and like most tech companies we have seen our fair share of changes in that time. We’re changing many aspects of our company, from leadership to our product’s offerings, to our colors and prices and you may have noticed that we even made our F an f!

But not everything is changing. We’re still striving to bring you comprehensive support, a fantastic and reliable platform designed to greatly simplify your workflows, and a familiar and reassuring splash of orange.
