The All New Analyze

ANALYZE-GIIF 2

After an open testing phase and valuable user feedback, the updated Analyze is now fully available. The new interface makes it easier to navigate, compare metrics, and focus on the content and channels that matter most to your strategy.

Designed to support your daily performance tracking, Analyze provides a structured overview of your key metrics without requiring setup or configuration. Whether you need quick insights or want to dig deeper into content performance, the new version is built to fit smoothly into your workflow.

Improved UI for faster performance insights

ANA Improved UI for faster performance insights

The updated interface in Analyze gives you a more precise and focused way to track your content's performance across all connected channels. An improved layout makes key metrics like reach, engagement, and audience growth easier to access and interpret in your daily work.

The simplified design helps you quickly identify which formats and platforms drive results, allowing you to adjust your strategy more confidently. Whether you are reviewing performance at a high level or digging into individual posts, everything is presented in a clean, structured format.

Analyze helps your team move beyond surface metrics and focus on impact by connecting performance data to your strategic goals. This supports better decision-making, more substantial department alignment, and a more consistent understanding of what drives success.

Saveable views

ANA Savable viewsYou can now save filtered views in Analyze, making it easier to return to the metrics you use most. Whether you filter by channel, format, or content type, your preferences are stored and ready the next time you open Analyze.

This update helps reduce repetitive steps and speeds up your workflow, especially when reviewing regular reports or tracking specific goals. Each saved view keeps your focus on what matters, so you spend less time setting up and more time analysing results.

Tag integration

ANA Tag Filtering

Tags are now unified across the entire data layer, making it easier to track content by theme, format, or campaign. You can also filter content metrics by tags, giving you a more precise view of performance across specific topics or initiatives. This consistency helps reduce confusion and ensures reporting reflects how content is planned and used across teams.

All tags and performance data are fully synced with Facelift Data Studio, creating a seamless connection between Analyze and your broader reporting setup. This allows for deeper insights, better collaboration, and more accurate evaluation of what works.

Engage Performance

ANA Engage Performance Analyze includes a dedicated view for tracking operator performance in Engage. It shows key activity metrics like the number of messages handled and average response times, giving team leads a better understanding of how conversations are managed.

This makes it easier to identify workload distribution, follow up on delays, and support individual team members if needed. The new view is built to help teams stay organised and maintain consistent service across all channels.

Improved metric hintsANA Metric description

Metric hints in Analyze now give you instant clarity where you need it. Definitions open right next to your charts. They are easy to scan, and you can search by keyword to find exactly what a metric means. Hints are grouped by network, so you see platform-specific nuances without hunting through docs.

This reduces guesswork and speeds up reporting. New teammates ramp faster, seasoned users make fewer mistakes, and stakeholders get consistent answers to common questions. Clear definitions lead to better comparisons, cleaner dashboards, and decisions that reflect how each network measures reach, engagement, and growth.

Use the hints while you work to validate what you see, align on terminology across teams, and confidently move from discussion to action.
