Coming soon - Fast & error-free post creation thanks to clear interface

The new process of creating posts is now fully integrated in your daily work - time to make it even more intuitive and faster. For efficient post creation, it is important that the **main functions** relevant to you are clearly visible and that you can access them quickly.

Therefore, as already announced in several product updates, we have now rearranged the action buttons for further post processing - stay tuned, very soon, you can start off in this new environment. Of course, this does not mean that functions are no longer available, it is just clearer and more structured. By bundling the options: "Publish directly" or "Schedule" and "Get approval" in one button, you always have your main functions for publishing available right away. Even if you have not yet made any entries for your post.
Saving a post draft is of course still available as an option.

Always available main functions

Perhaps you have already asked yourself when creating a post which fields exactly you have to fill in in order to be able to publish or request approval. Until now, only the "Save" option was actively available to you when you started creating a post.

So you can select an action at any time - but don't worry, we will of course check your entries in advance and let you know if something is still missing for a successful post creation!

After you have successfully scheduled a post or saved it as a draft, you will find further actions, such as copying, team assignment, etc., via the three-point menu next to the post name.

This makes the post creation mask even clearer and tidier, and the main functions immediately catch your eye.

Happy post planning and publishing – now with maximum speed 🚀 !

Happy weekend! 👋🏽
