Personal data will be stored for a maximum of 3 years as of 2022
According to Art. 17 GDPR: Right to erasure, there must be a way to delete data. We have long offered you this option on a user-by-user basis in the moderation inspector, and there is also the option to set a fixed period in the settings after which user data will be deleted from Facelift Cloud.
According to Art. 5 GDPR: Principles for the processing of personal data, personal data must be "adequate and relevant to the purpose and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing" - this results in the following change: New here is the maximum period of 3 years after which user data is automatically deleted from the moderation area.
You don't have to become active in this regard, if you haven't selected an option in the Settings > Moderation > Data Retention section so far, the default setting will only change to 3 years beginning 2022. You can set shorter periods yourself at any time.
