Introducing Social Share Link Tracking in Facelift Analytics

I'm happy to tell you about a new feature we've added to Facelift Analytics: Link Tracking in our Social Share Dashboard. This lets you see how active your employees are using the Social Share App, which content they like sharing, and what content generates the most clicks.

Why This Update Matters

Every bit of data counts, even more what insights they bring. Employee advocacy programs help build a sense of community and engagement, in order to strengthen the employer brand. To make these programs work better, we need to know how effective they are. The addition of link tracking allows for more nuanced insights into the content preferences, sharing habits, but most importantly to understand your ROI and what impact the shared content created. This helps provide a foundation for more strategic content planning, and can be a huge boost for organizations emphasizing employer branding.

Key benefits at a glance:

  • Insightful analytics: Monitor shared content performance, empowering you to tailor future communications for greater impact.
  • Recognition of engagement: Identify and celebrate your most active employees! Use link insights to build a culture of appreciation and participation.

How to leverage link tracking:

Utilize the new tracking URLs for each shared link to monitor engagement metrics all within your Social Share dashboard. While the process is straightforward, the insights can be profound, helping you refine your approach to employee advocacy.

Please Note: Due to platform-specific limitations, some social networks, such as Instagram, do not support clickable links in feed posts.
