Each incoming message is visible at a glance, with adjustable preview lines so you can prioritise faster. Nothing gets missed, whether a single comment or a flood of mentions. 

More Context, Fewer Clicks 

The new Context Panel brings the whole picture into view. Respond, reassign, resolve, and tag, all from one spot. Want to loop in others? Copy a shareable link or involve external stakeholders via email. Everything stays in one flow. 

Need deeper insights? Head to the Details section, where original posts, user data, and internal chat functions are just a click away. It supports quick decisions, better service, and smoother handovers.

Above the inbox, smart filters help you sort by what matters: unresolved messages, flagged items, or urgent warnings. You can save these as custom inboxes tailored to different use cases or work styles. Just name them, switch as needed, and stay in control.
