Facelift AI Operator
Join the waiting list for the all-new Facelift AI Operator!
We'd love your feedback, which we will use to refine the product before release.
Once available, it will support your team by automatically replying to simple or repetitive messages in Engage. This means less manual workload and more time to focus on complex or sensitive conversations that need personal attention.
The AI is designed to respond accurately to common inquiries, helping you maintain fast response times without sacrificing quality. Depending on the type of messages you receive, it could take up to half the incoming volume. By automating standard replies, you can manage large volumes of engagement more efficiently while still delivering a reliable and consistent experience.
Facelift AI Context-based Replies
Facelift AI in Engage now helps your team craft more meaningful and brand-consistent responses by combining the context of each inbox item with your communication guidelines. It analyses the content, tone, and conversation history to suggest replies that feel accurate and on point.
Beyond generating complete responses, Facelift AI can also summarise longer threads or recommend the most suitable response template based on the situation. This saves time, reduces guesswork, and helps teams focus on high-quality conversations. In the last step, you can review the suggestions and decide on the actions.
This update helps teams respond more efficiently while staying aligned with the conversation and the brand's tone.
AI Sentiment Analysis & Anomaly Detection
Facelift AI helps you better understand and react to your audience with AI-powered sentiment detection and anomaly alerts. Posts and comments are tagged as positive, neutral, or negative only when the confidence is high, giving you reliable insights with minimal errors. You keep full control by adjusting sentiment manually whenever needed.
To protect your brand, anomaly detection notifies you when unusual spikes in negative sentiment appear. Thresholds for alerts can be defined directly in the settings, giving you flexibility to decide when the system should notify you. With automated checks every ten minutes per network and email alerts triggered by the rules you set, you can act before issues escalate, even outside working hours. This gives your team a clear picture of audience mood while staying one step ahead of potential crises.
Assign Inbox Items Beyond Profile Owners
Facelift Engage now gives admins more control over team workflows by allowing them to define who should handle incoming inbox items. This makes separating responsibilities between publishing and moderation easier, helping teams focus on their specific roles.
Messages and comments can be automatically assigned to the right people based on their role, team, or focus area. For example, community managers can take over moderation while content teams concentrate on publishing tasks.
This structure supports more efficient collaboration, reduces confusion, and ensures that incoming messages are handled quickly and by the right team members.
Smarter Notifications for Engage Actions
Updated email links and notification logic ensure users are alerted to relevant actions and directed to the correct views in the new UI.
Facelift email notifications have been updated to reflect user activity better and direct you to the right place in the new interface. When a relevant action occurs, such as a comment, assignment, or update, you will receive an email with a link directly to the related view. The improved logic ensures that notifications are timely, relevant, and easier to act on. This helps reduce friction in daily workflows and keeps teams better connected to the content and tasks that need their attention.

Clearer Error Messages with Real Context
No more vague “something went wrong” messages. Facelift Engage now shows the original error messages returned by social media platforms such as TikTok or Instagram when something goes wrong.
Instead of a generic message, you see a clear explanation of what happened directly from the platform. This makes it easier to understand why a message failed, or an action could not be completed. Whether it is due to access rights, content restrictions, or platform rules, you get the information you need to take the next step.
By showing platform feedback clearly, Engage helps teams resolve issues more quickly and continue working without unnecessary delays.
